The workflow comprises the following steps: bottle intake, pre-positioning, label feeding, labeling, label support, pressing, and final assembly. Containers are conveyed via a conveyor belt, separated by bottle-dividing screws, and then transported to the container turntable through an inlet star wheel. The turntable is secured by a bottle-pressing mechanism and mold holder while initiating rotation. During rotation, when containers reach the optical detection position, the control system activates the labeling system to separate labels from backing paper and affix them to products.
The control system serves as the brain of equipment, typically comprising components such as PLC controllers, touchscreens, and sensors. Its functions include managing the machine’s operational logic and parameter settings, while real-time monitoring of labels and product positions through sensors ensures precise and stable labeling [3]. The PLC’s synchronization capability maintains alignment between labeling speed and material conveyance speed, thereby guaranteeing high labeling accuracy.
