Workflow for this High Speed Bottle Shrink Sleeving Machine/ Automatic Bottle Shrink Sleeve Line :
The complete path from label to finished product
Take the packaging of bottled beverages as an example, the typical process is as follows:
Label preparation: Install the label roll onto the unwinding roller, adjust the tension to the set value (typically 0.5-1.5N), and calibrate the label position using the alignment device.
Label feeding: A servo motor drives a synchronous belt to convey labels to the cutting station at a speed of 200 bottles per minute (adjustable speed range: 50-500 bottles per minute).
Label cutting: The hot or cold cutter cuts labels according to preset lengths (e.g., 50mm) with a cutting cycle ≤0.3 seconds to ensure continuous label supply.
Label sleeving operation: The vacuum suction cup adsorbs the cut label and is pushed onto the bottle body by a cylinder. Simultaneously, compressed air is blown out from inside the suction cup, causing the label to fully unfold and adhere to the bottle wall.
Label fixation: Mechanical pressing wheels or heat shrink tunnels are used for secondary labeling fixation. The heat shrink tunnel achieves label shrinkage through heating (120-180°C), tightly wrapping around the bottle body, making it suitable for applications requiring waterproofing or anti-counterfeiting features.
The core principle of High Speed Bottle Shrink Sleeving Machine/ Automatic Bottle Shrink Sleeve Line:
operates through a five-step closed-loop process: “label supply – positioning – cutting – labeling – fixation.” First, the label roll is unwound via a tension control system to ensure smooth, wrinkle-free surfaces. A servo motor then drives a synchronous belt or chain to transport labels to the cutting station. Cutting tools (thermal or cold knives) are selected based on material properties (e.g., PVC or PET) to achieve precise, non-adhesive cuts. During labeling, robotic arms or vacuum cups guide labels onto containers along preset trajectories, with adhesive fixation achieved through compressed air or mechanical rollers. The entire process is monitored in real-time by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which dynamically adjusts motor speeds using encoder feedback to maintain labeling accuracy within ±0.5mm tolerance.
