Linear Type Filling Machine

The automated workflow of the filling machine operates as follows: Operators manually place empty drums in the designated storage area, which are then automatically conveyed to the filling platform. The filling nozzle automatically inserts into the drum opening while performing automated drum peeling. The system activates the ball valve to initiate three-stage filling. Upon completion, the nozzle automatically withdraws outside the drum, with the drip tray automatically collecting residual liquid at the nozzle’s base, marking the final filling stage. The system then transports the drums to the temporary storage area, where operators manually secure the lids.
The equipment primarily employs high-precision weighing-based filling technology with exceptional measurement accuracy, unaffected by material variations. Its dual-action filling valve system (fast and slow modes) simultaneously enhances both filling speed and precision. Equipped with ball valve assemblies and dual-stage filling nozzles, the system supports four-stage filling configurations (large, medium, small, and micro-scale) for stable and rapid operation, or alternatively utilizes a dual-flow rate configuration for efficient filling processes.
